Windows defender wouldn't be needed if you use a real antivirus program so
You don't show any system spec's at all except XP
so please update your system spec's page and add which security yo actually use
Then turn off WD

I use Panda free antivirus, Malwarebytes Premium, I use Sandboxie for browsing with "drop rights" checked, and Shadow Defender. Do you think I can get away with turning off Windows Defender with this setup? My OS is Windows 7.

Indeed I have the panda and mbam too and WD is off there is no sense in leaving it on wasting time with it
