Keep BSOD-Cant get to desktop at all

I know there are rules for posting, but I cannot get to my desktop at all to do anything. Let me explain.

I was playing LOTRO, no other appliances were running in the room, in fact everyone in the house was asleep except me. I had just turned on my computer and i was logging in to do one quick thing before I went to bed, which wasnt even graphics intensive, i was in a small room by myself (bree auction house if you play....)

Computer locks up, I can CTRL ALT DEL but nothing else. LOTRO has to shut down, then firefox has to shut down, then I have to restart my comp.

I do, I get a screen telling me that (its black with grey writing) I have to start normally or in repair mode. I try both, both lead to a blue screen, or back to that very same screen.

I F8 to get to safe mode, it asks me to run from the CDROM or the Hard drive, I try either it ends up back to the black screen, or a blue screen again.

I load in my Win7 disc, boot up from the CDROM.

Tells me its loading, and gives me a progress bar. When it finishes BACK to the same black screen with grey writing.

I cant even just wipe my OS and start fresh, its letting me do nothing. Ive been using computer for about 20 years or so, ive seen alot of weird errors and what not. Ive never seen anything like this happen before and I have no idea what to do.

Im sure you will need some more information, but bear in mind I cant access the computer at all, so no dxdiag, not running diagnostics. So far the only thing ive been able to do is get into BIOS, and i know alot about computers but my knowledge of BIOS is little to none.

I back up my files to an external hard drive, and I jsut did it recently so I dont really fear losing any information, I just want my comp back.

Still no luck on my end, still stuck in the same lope of black screen blue screen.

Just tried to turn my computer on and now all it will do is give me a series of 5 beeps, pause, do it again. No response from the monitor.

reseated my RAM. Beeps are gone.

Got a quick error message about my mobo, flashed on the screen to quick to see it, said something about an error, and I should check the site for recent downloads or something. I think it said something about problems loading the asus express gate.

Brought me right back to the black and grey screen, choose repair mode, blue screened me AGAIN. New blue screen though.

Now im getting to nothing. I dont get the beep a computer gives when it boots up, and nothing ever comes to the monitor. It was doing this earlier and i reseated the video card which I thought I had knocked loose. There is noway its loose now, and like I said, no beeps at all when I turn on the computer, fans boot up and things start moving around, but no beeps.
