Keep getting Blue Screen sysdata.xml

Problem: Shut down unexpectedly
Files that help describe the problem:

I got this it happens everyday its something like iql eual less or something please help..
IDK why I get bs i tried avast boot scan and I got a couple of Java Trojans I took care of. Maybe 4 or 5

Maybe I need to update my driver anyway Please help! Freezes mostly I am veyrlightweight not many programs ! btw my english is bad cuz i am in a hurry
