Keep getting error 0x8007045D reinstalling windows 7

Hi, i am at a lost now. Got new parts for my computer and trying to install windows 7 ultimate x64. It have at most manage to go to 70ish% done then the the error "couldnt install the asked files, check that all the files who are required for the installation is there and resrtart the installation, errorcode: 0x8007045D. I am using a bought legit cd and have used it several times before to reinstall windows without problem.
I found the guide on this page that told me how to reinstall for EUFI but i only get 2 partitions system and primary not the MSR one if that matters? The motherboard i got is a msi z97 gaming 9 AC.

edit: tried to do a "Bootable UEFI USB Flash Drive using Free Program "Rufus" got same error

What are the new parts you installed?

everything, only part that is old is box itself and the power supply

Where did you get the Win 7 install DVD? I'd suggest downloading a legal copy from heidoc.net and burn a new DVD at 4X speed or create a install flash drive.

I bought it off from a store as i said in first post i have a legit cd, even tried a usb flash with the links provided from this forum.
