Keep getting this, nvm what i'm doing

i had some BSOD's and random colors, i think bcuz i installed smart defrag 2 i am running Windows 7 Ultimate and i'm not very skilled in programming and ..... i think i terminated that problem...but now i gota another problem, when i try to install this i am keeping geting this error
