Solved Keeping Windows Firewall Turned On???

Why doesn't my Windows Firewall turn on when I boot my PC? I have to click on the flag every time it boots and turn it on. I've already run SAS, and AdwCleaner.

Type Services.msc in the start search box > click on the 'gear' icon that shows up > when the window opens, scroll down to Windows Firewall. Right click on it, choose properties, then make sure it's set to Automatic. Also make sure its started. Click apply and ok.
