Kernal Processor Power Error 37

Hi every one, I was wondering if some one can help me with this error. That can be fixed by a BIOS upgrade. Before you do make sure you have a backup of the current bios, and your system, and a win 7 DVD

Thanks ken i forgot to mention that I've already done Bios update. Every driver is up to date

Seems like no one is interested in solving this error. or may not have any knowledge

I have consulted this issue with Dell Support. They only recommended completely reinstall the system...

Wow! I have the system reinstalled Win 7 with SP1 and I can see this problem in my log! So do not reinstall, I'll restore the backup now! I think, that is problem in BIOS, I try to make a downgrade.
