Kernel Data Inpage Error

My computer is having a serious problem.
I got a Kernel Data Inpage Error BSOD. It appears more often lately, usually it happens when i leave the computer for about a couple of hours. Please someone help me :(

The BSOD technical information.

You have the athrxusb.sys error,that is Atheros Wireless LAN USB device driver
(Ur driver is very old,is from 2008)
So for first step please update ur Atheros Wireless LAN USB device driver.

Uninstall Avira AntiVir
Download and install MSE http://www.microsoft.com/security/pc-security/mse.aspx
----------------------------------
