I keep getting a Kernel Power Critical error 41 at random times. I have no rhyme or reason to decipher why the crashes are occurring. Here are my dumps.

Hi.

They're memory type of errors associated with different drivers and .exe.

Check that the correct Vdimm (RAM voltage) and timings are set in the bios specific to your RAM modules. Visit RAM maker's site for details and adjust accordingly.

Edit - According to this (if it's for your specific RAM modules), 1.5v is default so leave that alone. You could set timings to 9-9-9-24 though.

Run Memtest overnight to see if it picks up on any errors.

Actually the recommended voltage is 1.65 for my ram. I cant get it right at 1.65 but 1.647 and 1.653 end up being the voltage.

The ram was already set to 9-9-9-24 manually but I did double check. I also ran Memtest on all 4 sticks by themselves and combined yesterday.(8 passes)

Yeah, unfortunately, good passes do not necessarily mean good RAM.

Stress it out completely overnight. If it reports no errors, then you could be a little closer to knowing if RAM is defective or not.

Generally, update all drivers possible to the latest, including chipset.

I started getting this error as soon as i updated my bios.

I overclocked and the problem went away. I think its defiantly bios settings.
