Kernel Power 41 on Win7 64bit

Hello,
thanks in advance for the help.
I'm having this pesky kernell errors for some time now. They happen randomly but more often when some video is being watched or a game played.
These are my system specs

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450 (cooler Zalman CNPS9700 LED )
Asus P5E3 Deluxe (updated to last BIOS)
4 x 2GB DDR3 Team Elite @ 1333
Radeon HD 6850 (1GB)
PSU ezcool 1050 W
3 hdd (Maxtor Diamond 120GB , WD 500GB, WD 2TB)
Windows 7 Professional 64bit updated
All the drivers are up to date, I just did a clean new install of the OS just to be sure.

Intel Processor driver

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx

CD-ROM Class Filter Driver by Gear Software
Also comes with iTunes

GEAR Software - DVD Mastering Software & CD Burning Software & GEAR PRO Mastering

SoundMAX Digital HD Audio Driver

Analog Devices | Semiconductors and Signal Processing ICs


Finish with the above steps and post back with any results.

Hi panais,
thank you for your fast reply.
I downloaded and succesfully installed the intel driver.
I can't find soundmax driver on the site you gave me, so I downloaded it from the asus site (audio is integrated in my MOBO). There's an hotfix setup and a nohotfix setup.
About the gear software I don't know where to start, on the site I can't find drivers plus I think I never downloaded something like that. Any tips?

UPDATE
I installed the usb webcam driver also...
I uninstalled the precedent soundmax driver then I rebooted the pc, when windows started it searched and installed automatically the driver for the hd audio. Should I stay with it?

Tip: Keep always everything updated,software,drivers and ofcurse windows using the windows update.

Some "old" hardware and software does not have newest versions compatibles for new os like win7.

Do any possible update.

Did you had\have again any bsod?

Well, no. I guess I give it not enough time to prompt.
I'll start some random movies watching which I have on HDD, tryin' to show it up earlier.
I'll keep updated with news.
If you want to give it a read there are two memory dump of my latest bsods (before the drivers update)

I've reached the conclusion the BSOD happens only while I'm overclocking, so that's a relief....Apparently randomly I get a bsod (sometimes I just don't see the bsod I lose video signal and have to hard reset). Getting the error with Driver Verifier running I mange to get minidumps of the crash. The reference of the error is always the same so I'll just attach one of them. I'll put inside the .rar also my BIOS settings.

UPDATE: I'll run an overnight memtest to check my ram, I'll post results tomorrow.

Stop overclocking,set everything back to factory settings.

Download and install driver-sweeper

Download the most recent software\driver for your ati AMD Graphics Drivers & Software

Uninstall ati software\driver,restart in safe mode,run driver sweeper,choose only AMD-Display and clean,restart in normal mode.

Install the new ati software\driver,restart.

Update DirectX


Red very carefully the instructions and run http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100356-video-card-stress-test-furmark.html


Post back here the results.
