My PC randomly freezes when I turn it on, and in the Event Log, it shows that the problem is Kernel Power 41. What does this indicate and how can I fix this issue?

Try resetting the BIOS, this error seems to indicate a hardware problem.
If resetting it doesn't work, test the PSU to make sure it works (you would need to take it to a shop).
