I have recently ensembled a new computer and I'm running Win7 RTM.

I'm getting Kernel Power 41 crash, or actually it's a jam. Any ideas what could be the problem and how to locate the problem (device)?

I got a few of those, found the cause, graphics card was overheating (dust linnen in fan), caused the graphics driver to fail and crash the kernel.

allways check for overheating components.

Kernel Power error, ID 41 tells only that Windows crashed going to sleep or resuming from sleep, or that Windows was rebooted without shutting it first cleanly down. You could say Kernel 41 tells only that Windows crashed, but not why it crashed.

To see why it crashed, go to Event Viewer (type Event to Start Menu's search field, hit Enter). Click Custom Views > Administrative Events and check the events just before the Kernel Power 41 event.

That's Finnish, as I noticed the OP is a Finn. What I did not notice is that this thread was almost dead and my response unnecessary; the OP has told in another thread he's found the fault and fixed it.

Anyway, it's not often I get an opportunity to speak / write my native Finnish, so I like to reply to our Finnish members using both Finnish and English. I hope you noticed I also answered in English, according to the Seven Forums rules.
