Kernel-Power Error 41 (63)

Hello,

I must preface this requesr for help with the admission that I a virtual novice. I have an HP G71 340 US laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. In the past week, I've returned to my computer unresponsive and with a blank screen and had to manually turn it off and reboot it. The event viewer lists a Kernel-power Error 41 (63) for each of the incidents.

I have tried a system restore to a week before the first crash, but have had the error even after doing so.

My computer is only days out of warranty and HP will not help. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions you more knowledgeable types might offer.

Usually that is a driver issue. can you upload the DMP files created when your computer crashed

If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
* Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.

I have looked at the Minidump folder. The latest entry is from 11/6/2010, but these crashes during sleep mode occurred between 1/4/2011 and 1/10/2011. I have uploaded the folder.

Update

My system crashed again last night, again registering a Kernel-power error 41 (63). This time it left a file in the Minidump folder, which I attach.
