Kernel-Power error (41)

Hi guys.

My laptop always crashes, totally randomly, and I highly doubt its due to me doing any heavy multitask. It does it usually when I use Bittorrent and iTunes together.

I thought it could be a problem with the RAM as I only have 1GB with Windows 7, so I upgraded to 2GB, although it runs much smoother now, it still crashes.

I've checked the Windows Event Viewer, and it crashes due to Event 41, Kernel-Power; (The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.)

Right before this happens, I get 2 other errors, Event ID 6008 Source; EventLog (The previous system shutdown at 4:56:25 PM on ‎10/‎14/‎2010 was unexpected.)

....and Event ID 4 Source;spdt (Driver detected an internal error in its data structures for .)

These 2 errors NEARLY ALWAYS come up before it crashes with the Kernel-Power error. Although sometimes its only Event ID 4.

I've tried updating the wireless adapter driver with no luck.

Any suggestions pleaseeeeeee?
