This is really becoming an annoyance. My PC keeps on crashing, usually once every hour or so. When I check event viewer, it shows critical errors called "kernel-power".

I assume this is what's causing my crashes.

Specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz (2 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
3584MB RAM
DirectX 11
ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series
(SoundMAX Integrated Digital HD Audio)
Realtek 8185 Extensible 802.11b/g Wireless Device #2

This is from Dxdiag, I have the text file if any other specs are needed.
Please help!
