Greetings again,
I currently have the game launched and minimized. I am using HWmonitor as suggested by another gamer. From time to time I have noticed that a small hiss comes from the machine itself. It would go away for a minute then linger for a minute. When this happend I minimize the game and check HWmonitor and the motherboard and the intel were mid 40s and the gpu was up from mid 40s to high 50s and I am not sure what is normal running temp. when the game is minimized the gpu says 29 degrees C

I currently have had 2 sessions gone 3+ hours with no crashes. I have not done anything else since you had me uninstall/reinstall/update all visual c++ redist. I am thinking that the machine needed one more reboot prior to the last crash. I am going to continue play without rolling back the other fixes tried to this point just iin case. Hope we can call this solved though I knock on wood as I type.
Thank you for your outstanding effort to help me resolve my issue. Much appreciate it...
Thanks again,
Dank

I am messaging to update you about my machine crashing... I have put some serious hours into the game the past 6 days. The machine has operated fine with no problems until today. I had a crash this afternoon at 2:47. I checked the event viewer which showed that this morning around 1030am 2 errors a side by side ID35 and a browser ID 8003. It also shows at the time of the crash, error event log ID 6008. I thought I would post back to hopfully shed some light on the events.
please let me know if you need more info or have ideas how to proceed.

Please provide us with your Event Viewer administrative logs by following these steps:
Click Start Menu
Type eventvwr into Search programs and files (do not hit enter)
Right click eventvwr.exe and click Run as administrator
Expand Custom Views
Click Administrative Events
Right click Administrative Events
Save all Events in Custom View As...
Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx
When asked, save the display information in English.
Go to where you saved Errors.evtx
Create a new folder by right clicking in a blank area within the folder Errors.evtx is saved in. You could also click New Folder at the top of the directory under the directory path box.
Name the new folder Errors.
Place Errors.evtx and the LocaleMetaData folder into the new Errors folder.
Right click the Errors folder -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder
Upload the .zip file here.

I performed the clean set up and then ran the game for 3 hours no problems. I want make sure I understand what to do next. I am to follow step 2 in determining problem tutorial? If so I get a bit confused at step 5 of that section. Do I keep playing till there is another crash?

Play until you are sure that the system will not crash, or play until you get a crash. Now that you have a clean startup, you can do as suggested in the tutorial and enable half the services, or you can enable one at a time. I personally like to enable one at a time until the problems return to determine which service is causing the conflict. Make sure Microsoft services are hidden as in the tutorial during enabling and disabling of services.
Then you can do the same with startup items by adding the ones you want one at a time if needed. Not all startup items need to be enabled; I usually only have a few enabled on my systems myself.

Since last time I made contact on this issue I decided to play until I had another crash. I had the same type of crash and I am not sure but the current crash seems to be 6 days between crashes if I am not mistaken. I wanted to update this problm and I am not sure how to proceed but I'll see if I can pick up where I left off on that tutorial for clean set up. Hopfuly this will help figure out what the real issue is.
