Kernel-Power ID 41 While Idling

Hello everyone. I'm new to this forum and joined to see if someone could help me identify this problem. I have been getting random reboots on my computer with a Kernel-Power ID 41

Asus Crosshair V Formula
AMD 1090T @ 4.0GHZ (Same stable frequency for the past year) (Prime 95, LinX, AMD Over Drive Stable)
4GB/4 16GB Corsair Vengeance 1600 (Mem Test shows no error)
Corsair H60 Push/Pull
Corsair Enthusiast Series TX650 PSU

Remove any over clocks.

Have you checked system temps?

Thank you for the fast respone, I will try removing the overclock. system temps are showing 31C Idle (with the 1090t 10C offset)

For some reason the BSOD Dump & System File Collection app is not making a folder in the Documents. Help?

Not sure. What does it say? Does it get all the way through the data collection?

I follow the instructions, Run as administrator and then when it gets to the end it disappears but It doesn't create a folder

Remove AMD Overdrive as it has caused problems

AMD OverDrive (AODDriver2.sys) is either a stand-alone application, or a component of the AMD VISION Engine Control Center.
Please uninstall the AMD OverDrive program as it can cause BSOD's on your system.
If it's the stand-alone app, uninstall it via Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program
If it's in the AMD VISION Engine Control Center, you can uninstall it using the AMD uninstall tool (or uninstall the entire AMD VISION Engine Control Center application through Control Panel

If the device remains a problem in perfmon /report, open Device Manager, select the "View" item.
Then select "Show hidden devices" and scroll down to the Plug and Play Drivers section.
Locate the AODDriver entry, right click on it and select "Uninstall". Reboot for changes to take affect.

This looks like it might be your problem. It happens a lot in your event logs. A corrected hardware error in your CPU. If it didn't correct then you would have had a BSOD.
