Kernel-Power Problem on Windows 7

I upgraded to Windows 7 two weeks ago. And I got all of mine drivers working. But I got an Kernel-Power Problem which it states as Critical Level and Event ID 41. Can someone guide me on what can I do ? My Event viewer details are as follows.

Hello Farath, and welcome to Windows Seven Forums.

Thanks for filling your computer specs (very nice ... helps a lot). With issues like this, I would suggest to you to eliminate overheating as a cause. If you are not comfortable taking your laptop apart, you should enlist the aid of someone to do that for you. The heat sink, in particular, can become filled with lint and stuff and that prevents it from dissipating the processor heat. Heat can cause weird stuff. And while inside your laptop, it would be a good time to reseat the processor, remove it and reinstall it, to restore known good connections. That can also cause weird stuff to happen. Then if you still experience the error, you have eliminated any hardware cause and proceed to diagnose the problem from the software side.
