Kernel Processor Power causing computer to shut off

Hi Guys,
I'm back again with yet another problem that has been going on ever since I bought my HP-dv6 that is still less then a year old(it will be turning a year old next month.) So here is my problem every time I play world of warcraft or now Diablo 3 after about an hour it will just shut off no blue screen no nothing just dies. Now at first I thought it's just overheating and that's all but now it's gotten a little more serious. I can only play diablo 3 for an hour and then it shuts off and reboots it's self after 5-30seconds. and will do that every hour I trying playing Diablo 3. So after getting confused about why it was doing this I went straight to my event viewer and found that before every time it just shut off this log was made. Here is the log event viewer, logs (The speed of processor 0 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 2 seconds since the last report.) should I be worried about this or not?
P.s. I'm not to sure if this was the right place to post this if not let me know Thank You

Model:HP Pavilion dv6
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium x64
Ram: 8gb
Processor:2nd Gen Intel Core i5

Ok I uploaded the file but I don't know if it is the right one it might point back to an older BSOD that I have already fixed. My real problem is that when I'm playing a game like Diablo 3 I can only play for an hour and then my computer just dies completely turns off with not BSOD and then restarts itself. But all I could find as a problem was in the event viewer which i posted in my first post. Hopefully this can help you.

The BSOD it's pointing too is from May 8th. Too old? Either way, Kernel Power issues will not commonly manifest as BSODs, but the rest of the data in the report is important.

There is only one BSOD, but multiple unexpected shutdown events. This can occur if you manually turned the system off or the system was forced off due to hardware malfunctioning or overheating of the CPU. The hardware commonly associated with this is GPU, CPU, PSU and Motherboard. Given that this occurs every time with Diablo 3, it sounds like a GPU or PSU issue, or overheating of the CPU (causing the motherboard safety mechanism to kick in). Try doing the following:

CPU: Prime95 - Torture Test; Large FFTs; overnight (9+ hours)
GPU: MemtestCL - Run twice (if any of the tests work on your GPU; ATI cards will need to install the ATI APP SDK as it requires OpenCL)

For the PSU, please provide us temps/voltages using HWInfo with Sensors only option checked. Log two 30-minute instances: one for idle, and one for high load. Instead of 30 minutes for high load, it's preferable that you run it until the PC crashes. The log will be saved up to the last data point prior to the crash. Provide us the logs.
