Talked to Acer they said contact Microsoft they want me to purchase one! Bull it's in my bios and it should be an easy thing to get. Whats the problem here and why am I getting the run around here? I'm about ready to F'em both. I'm really getting pissed? This is not cool...What should I do folks? It came from Acer their the manufacturer and it's activated and legal and it's mine so help me understand what is the complication of getting the key that's embeded in bios?
