My friend has a Dell XPS 720 that had Vista Home 32-bit then was converted to Windows 7 Pro 64-bit, but because of all this hardware change many things stopped working right, such as the keyboard will randomly stop working and then the PC will error up and try to restart, but when it restarts it says it is missing a keyboard. He has tried at least 10 keyboards (Wireless, USB, and PS/2). It also seems that going from Vista 32 to 7 64 messed up a lot of drivers and he can't seem to find ones that work right. Any ideas on how to fix this and just how to make that computer run better in general?
