When installing Windows 7...

These devices might not work properly after the upgrade. Before upgrading, we recommend updating the drivers for these devices. Cancel the upgrade, open Control Panel and search for "update device drivers", or go to the device manufacturer's website to search for updated drivers.

I did what they said with update device drivers on Control Panel but it says it is all up to date. I am not good with computers and I have no idea what to do. It won't let me continue until i fix this. PLEASE HELP?

Go to search, type device manager, then click on device manager. You will see keyboard, click on that. Is everything up to date or do you see yellow warnings notices?

I am assuming that the keyboard is functional, since you typed this post

Fixed it

Apparently if that happens on an HP computer you have to uninstall Quick Launch Buttons, install Windows 7, and then reinstall QLB
