This problem is happening on two different laptops, both Windows 7, so I'm wondering if it's a virus. On many occasions, but not every time, my cursor will jump to another spot in the text and continue typing in the middle of another word. It seems to happen when a word ends in "t". It's becoming extremely annoying and I'd love to get it fixed. I have searched for this problem, but have not found anything about it. Help would be much appreciated.

Been having the same problem.

It is very annoying and happens when I am typing a bit faster. I have to check all my mails very thoroughly.

I was going to check the speed but have only got round to looking at the problem now.

Any help will be appreciated.

Perhaps you have a Touchpad and you are accidentally hitting the touchpad when your typing.

Try disabling Tap to click from your Touchpad settings.,
