keyboard letters repeat themselves.

When typing some of the letters repeat. Example: thaat. The problem seems to be more with the letter A. I have changed keyboards but the problem still exist. I have set my repeat rate to the lowest setting. I use Office 2003 Professional Word. Is this problem in Windows 7, Office 2003 Professional, or what?

It is not Office 2003, I have that and it is not a Windows 7 problem.

You're not in Office when you demonstrated above anyway. So it must be a keyboard or OS issue. Since you changed your keyboard then it must be OS. Work through the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7
