Keyboard / Mouse lag constant beeping Windows 7 and 8 Fix!!

Hello,
i have problem if i rapidly click with my mouse and writing on keyboard at same time, my mouse lag and i hear beeping sound.
This article is like my issue.
I use windows 7 64 bit ultimate and cooler master nova touch + razer deathadder chroma.
I have disabled every single thing in ease of access center.
And on windows 10 it doesn't happen so i must be something in 7.
I am not running any applications at backround.
Any ideas please ?

How would one go about typing and rapidly clicking

Seems you could do one or the other but not both at the same time
2nd even if you could type with one hand and click... why would one do that ?

Okay i mean clicking, just playing game and when i rapidly clicking keys both on mice and keyboard it does that.

Also add what exact mouse and keyboard you use
Although lag.. is probably system related and not device related.

I found out, it is related with game, i am playing, starcraft 2 and it appears, there isn't any fix to it.
I thought it is system related, but it is at least part of guilty of game.
Don't know if is there something i can do about it, it seems not, i posted my mouse and keybord in first entry and i filled all spec i recall, but i really wonder that this will help.
In this game are a lot of technical issues like that, without solution.

Well you could switch to a windows classic theme and see if that changes anything
We have the same monitor what resolution are you running it at 144Hz in NVidia control panel ?
Click start and control panel then NVidia control panel
Use the restore defaults button.
Beeps could occur if you use a key combination that is wrong.
