keyboard not working on windows help and support popping

Dears

Please assist on how to overcome with the issue of auto pop up of window's help and support. The moment this pop up appears key pads works as shortcut keys rather normal. E.g. if I type "r" run command happens and run Window opens. Similarly on pressing "L" key window's gets locked. And this pop up occurs in every 1 to 2 mins.

I enabled to Never check for updates but still same issue..

Please suggest.

It sounds like you may have Sticky Keys turned on. Turn it off to see if that may be the issue.

Hi Brink. Thank you for your reply. I checked sticky keys are unchecked also I unchecked 5 times shift pressing enables stickey key option. Issue is still there.
