Keyboard Problem (Ctrl and Shift keys don't work correctly)

Hi guys, i just found this thread by googling. I did have the same problem just today. It was really annoying, i can't uppercase a letter if not using the caps lock key and I tot my keyboard is broke. I've opened up Kaspersky's virtual keyboard and found out that when I pressed the shift key, either left or right, the ctrl key is pressed simultaneously without me pressing it. And also, when I press the the ctrl key, the shift key is automatically pressed. Ive scanned my system for possible malware activity but cant find any. Went out googling but still, nothing.

Ive tried pressing combination of keys but still wont work. But now Ive fixed it my own.If you are using a mouse with third button, I mean the scroll button, then just press the ctrl + alt simultaneosly then scroll from the mouse up and down. That works for me. Hope you'll find this helpful. I just reg to write this. :zip:

Rocketfish BT-CMBO2 Shift Key, CTRL, ALT not working.

Issue Resolved!

The driver for BT-CMBO2 is not supported by Rocketfish. This is the fix to get your keys functional, worked for me.

1. Remove and re-install dongule
2. Make keyboard detectable (physical button on rear)
3. In control panel, add keyboard with pairing code

Should work with default settings.

Same works for mouse scrolling and etc.

Hope it helps!
