Does anyone know the keyboard shortcut for resuming/playing a video after you stop it, or before you have played it? According to the Windows 7 website, the shortcut is ctrl + shift +p, but this doesn't do anything.

I know that. I specifically indicated that I wanted to know the keyboard shortcut for playing a video that is not open. That particular shortcut does not work. I have tried repeatedly.

I know this doesn't answer your question, but why not just click it with the mouse?

If all I wanted to do was to control program normally, then all I would need to do is click the play button. I would not be asking about a keyboard shortcut if all I needed to do was control it with the mouse. The fact is, I'm trying to create some custom macros and using the keyboard is one of the best ways of controlling things.
