Keyboard typing double symbols

Hi! I'm kinda out of ideas.
So earlier today all of a sudden my pc started to whenever I typed the following symbols : "" '' ~~ ^^
They were typed double. so whenever I typed one of those symbols it came out as two symbols.
which meant I can't do apostrophes and all that good stuff.
This has never happend to me before and I didn't change anything about my pc at all.
I even switched keyboards and it still had the same issue.

Sounds like a driver problem. Try this:
Using Only a Mouse

Click the Windows "Start" button, right-click "Computer" and select "Manage" to open the Computer Management window. Select "Device Manager" from the pane on the left. Expand the Keyboards section, right-click on the keyboard you want to repair and choose "Uninstall." Click the Windows "Start" button and select "Restart." When your computer boots up, Windows will detect your keyboard and install the driver.


Hopefully that may solve your problem.
