Alright this is for windows 8.1 but I didn't know where else to post it, on my mom's pc for some reason all of a sudden when she first turns the pc on the keyboard doesn't work, its getting power, due to the numlock light being on, however none of the keys work, now if she reboots the pc, with a restart when it comes back the keyboard works fine. I've tried to figure this out myself and tried searching google but I've had no luck on a fix yet.
Any suggestions on what I can try?
