How do I solv this problem

Unfortunately I don't analyse crash dumps but you mention kmode_exception_not_handled which is a very common bug check. This indicates faulty hardware or incompatible hardware. Or a faulty device driver has corrupted the system. You also mentioned memory management, these are two different bug checks. From what it looks like I think it could be faulty RAM, try running memtest86 for at least 7 passes.

I agree with running Memtest86+......run for 8 instead of 7 passes. I will look at the dmp files in more detail when I get home this evening.
