L.A. Noire patch problem

First my softaware:
Windows 7 home premium 64 bit
Avast antivirus
Zone Alarm free firewall

And problem is L.A. Noire Complete edition pc patch.
This is what I have done:
Removed Comodo internet security,
disabled my UAC settings
downloaded la noire latest patch
Installed dx9 files,Visual C++ software
Reinstalled my game, path C:\program files(x86)rockstar games\LA Noire

When I start that patch it runs some time and patches
LANoire.exe and Main Content and some readme files.
Then there is error message:”Error patching binary file”

Any suggestions?Some people says that I should install
path C:\LA Noire
does it really hepls? :banghead:

Rename folder to LANoire without the space and try again. Had the same issue.
