LAN card seldoms identifies the network

I am using realtek lan card driver, and It seldom identifies the network.
I re-installed the driver, its not helping.
It is showing unidentified network, when i RUN TROUBLESHOOTER,it says no problems.

Sometimes LAN works, sometimes not.... what to do Please suggest

Please check the system under safe mode with networking and let us know the difference:

If it works fine it could be an update or software that caused an issue and you could perform a system restore:

System Restore

If the issue persists then kindly check the system with a different LAN cable and let us know the results. Keep us posted with the results so we can advise you further.

No... It didn't work in safe mode with networking...........
besides, I formatted my system... still same problem
