Solved lan connection

I have two PC's connected in LAN can I log in both the users from any PC (not at the same time) what should I do to do so

Any computer in the house should be able to join into the lan and get access to the Internet, the question is kind of vague...

Can I use a software used in one PC through other

You could use Teamviewer to remotely use a program on the remote computer...once it is installed on both machines.
