Laptop bag recommendation?

Okay, so my girlfriend Jessica is getting a laptop (possibly 15.6 inch). I don't want her to accidentally drop it because I had the same thing happen and I had to replace the LCD on my laptop. Do you have any recommendations for a laptop bag? Jessica's favorite color is blue, and my spending limit is $30. Thanks for your help!

Update 7/13/2012 - I broke up with Jessica a few days later because I discovered she was cheating on me. She was very untrustworthy. But thank you for your help @bigmck! I didn't get the bag, but I will get it for my future girlfriend! I don't need Jessica.
