Laptop cannot see NAS

I have a Laptop using windows 7 and is connected to my network at home. It sees all computers on the Network but does not see the NAS. I've pinged the NAS it says hello! Yet I don't see the NAS on the Network. Network and sharing is setup as per normal.

Any Ideas?
