I got a laptop cooler from Sam's Club that is USB connected with 2 fans for my 17.3" laptop.
Don't see the name on it and I threw the box away but works fine for me. The fans are super quiet but you can hear them if you put your ear close to the cooler. Cost was around $30+/-.
