Laptop Cooling Vent (Not Fan) issue

Hi!
My laptop Cooling Vent gets surprisingly hot after a while, but I don't know why, my laptop is a Samsung make and it does not have a cooling fan, it just holds a vent. What feels worse is that the plastic where I believe the fan is or graphics card is becomes extremely hot, an example would be that the VGA port metal casing becomes untouchable due to the heat.

Please help?

In your specs it states (PC) but the specs indicate Laptop.
Could your give us the model number so we can look things up.
My concern is you state you don't have a cooling fan.

Have you monitored your CPU and GPU temps? If so what is the high temps?

I have no idea what this means.

Thats correct, it doesn't have a fan as a normal fan, I can't find it, but It still ventilates.

It's a Notebook without a fan.
They do make cooling pads and add on external fans for cooling.
Try again; what temps are the CPU and GPU when the vents are hot.
Calling my Notebook repair shop and reading on line their isn't much you can do without adding external cooling.

Now that we know it's a Notebook hang around and lets see if someone drops by that uses Notebooks.
Sorry but I find no other information to be able to help more.

Most likely you need a good cleaning. Do you feel air blowing out of the side vent?

The test for proper ventilation:
Cut a 1 inch square of single ply facial tissue paper or toilet paper. With the notebook on, and holding it up so the bottom of the notebook is vertical, place the tissue paper over the vent holes on the bottom of the notebook (Note: some laptops draw air for a vent on the side, or even the back). If the tissue sticks you have good ventilation. If it slides off there is poor ventilation.
