Laptop freeze after installation of graphics driver software

Hello. I am using this Acer 4741z laptop Win 7 ultimate 32 bit more than 6 years. but from yesterday suddenly my laptop freeze and it was totally hanged. then shutdown it by using power button. after restating my laptop its again freeze and again i shut down it by same way. then i think it will be resolved by installing windows and installed windows today. after successful windows installation i install different driver software e.g LAN, Chipest, WLAN, Bluetooth etc. and finally when i installed intel Graphics Driver then my laptop again went to freeze. so i shut down it by power button and start with safe mode and uninstall the graphics driver. after uninstall of graphics driver software i start my laptop and then i did not face freezing problem. i think this freezing problem is occurring when graphics driver software is installed in my laptop. how can i get a solution of this freezing problem.

There could be a bug in the newest version. Try installing the version that you had previously installed.

Hello,

In Device Manager: Uninstall Display Adapter>Scan for Hardware Changes>Update Driver.

Doesn't work, go to Acer website and download latest driver.

I recommend that you remove the driver using this program and reinstall the driver that you previously had installed. Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

Click Start and type in the search box
system information
Hit the enter key or click on the suggestion
You should land on the system summery page
Go to Edit on the top left and select all
Then Edit and Copy

Open a reply here and right click and select Paste.

Oops
Then Expand Components on the left column and click on Display and repeat copy and paste here

Hi,
Thanks yep you have a typo in your system spec's page that threw me off
You show Acer 4147Z and not what the system summery shows as Acer 4741

Since you have been reinstalling I would highly suggest using new media that has sp1 included in it
Post your Language and we can provide you with it

You need Win-7 32bit Ultimate and just let use know what language.

Display driver wise looks as though you'd be using onboard graphic's so the driver would be mostly on the chipset/ vga driver at Acer's website
There's no need to get it anywhere else.

i have download driver from acer website but the result is same. i also tried with windows 10 but not successful.

Now it needs 8 passes unless errors pop up fairly quickly - takes a while but my hunch is that the RAM may not be holding what it should.
