Hey all, after a lot of pain and time wasted over trying to install win 7 on my laptop (asus gl553vd, bsod with stop error acpi not fully compliant), i tried to install win 7 on my gfs laptop which is a lenovo legion y520. It worked, with drivers injected and stuff i can run most of the drivers i want. I installed the intem graphics 630 driver which was supposed to be the hardest part and then comes the trouble. I installed the nvidia geforce 1050 driver for windows 7 downloaded from the official site and a problem appeared as soon as i restarted and right clicked the background. It took 2 mins to finally load and see the "nvidia control panel" and if i click it it takes 3 mins to load it and then everything is laggy, the mouse moves like its stuck and basically the only thing you can do is force close the laptop and headback. In the 1st reboot i didnt right click but headed straight to google chrome to find something i wanted and it lagged again after 3 to 4 minutes.I uninstalled the driver from the device manager in the 2nd reboot and everything was normal. What can i do to get it right? Tomorrow i will try to install an older driver and hope it works. Thanks
