Do you hear the fans running? Does it take longer to happen when the laptop is in a cold environment vs a really warm one?

It might be the ram... try pulling out one stick then the other and see if that helps.

Agreed, process of elimination, id remove everything not needed, cd rom, hdd, and use only one ram stick,,,, test if all is good then the next ram stick ,,, if all good add the cd etc etc,,,,,,
Im guessing its something with the hard drive but thats just a guess.
Good luck

I wouldn't think it is the HDD... If it's affecting the BIOS menu then it has to be one of the core components (CPU, Motherboard, RAM, PSU, then maybe display or keyboard. and maybe GPU).

On a laptop, if it isn't the memory, hard drive, or cpu (if removeable), then the problem is probably irreparable.

Do you see any discolouration of the plastic? It could be possible the vents are blocked or fans are working inefficently. Do you have any sort of themometer you can use to figure out how hot the system is getting?

How many seconds can you touch the hot spot with your fingers before you're forced to pull away? There's a means of calculating the temperature using that but I have to look it up.

I did disassemble the laptop to check the problem , i clean the buttom of the motherboard, checking for all the dust, vent is all good no dis coloration, i can touch it until 5 seconds, and i think the fan is working good but its not efficient enough to make my system cool

Just put it back together and use some good thermal paste when you do and make sure to clean the CPU and the heatsink with rubbing alcohol, then see what your results are,,,,

Im not sure with computers but i know when i was into remote controll cars if you could touch the speed controller for 10 seconds then your temps are fine any less than that and things would start to get melty LOL
