Laptop Is heating over 80 % F

I have hp elitebook 6930p laptop,
But his temperature is going over to 80% F , beacuse of that his battry life is decreasing, while on 45%F temp then the battry life is incraeasing. please help me that how to keep it cool to 45% Temeprature

I'm guessing you mean 80C / 45C because a Fahrenheit reading would be cool for a laptop (27C / 7C respectively.) When the laptop reaches 80 are you doing anything that's processor intensive (graphics work, streaming movies, etc?) Can you hear the fan(s) running? Are the vents obstructed? That could certainly explain the higher temps. The CPU and GPU are both being subjected to a high-intensity workout. Another possibility to lower temps is to make sure the laptop is on a firm surface like a desk or table and not on something soft like a blanket, pillow, or even your own lap. It also helps to lower temps if the laptop is elevated slightly (allows better air circulation underneath it) or even using a USB powered laptop cooler.

I would blow out the vents with a can of compressed air. There maybe fuzz stuck in the cooling path.

Ditto that, always keep the air intake and exhausts paths clean and unblocked.
