Sorry if this a repost but:

I have a custom HP DV4z pavillion notebook. AMD athlon x2 64 chipset. The laptop randomly wakes itself after i put it into sleep mode which is annoying especially at night when the fan get a bit loud. Also sometimes when i wake it from sleep mode the wireless manager says the its connected to my home network but no internet access. these two issues never happend with XP or Vista. Any suggestions?

Hi there,

Basically everything in this tutorial applies to Windows 7 as well, you should be able to find your solution there. Let us know if it works out!
