Laptop start up weird

When i turn on my laptop (dell inspiron 1545 ) win 7 instead of seeing the win 7 ball spinning animation i see the computer loading up my default drivers win 7 i think it happened when i put by accident my computer in compatibility mode to delete a application and now i want to get rid of this thing that keeps on happening to my computer :cry::mad:

Click Start, type msconfig to the search field and hit Enter. Choose the Boot tab, and uncheck No GUI boot if it is checked.
