If I understand what you are saying, you have a laptop that is running a version of the Android operating system that you wish to convert to run Windows. Unfortunately, Android OS runs on a different processor than Windows. Android runs on ARM processors while Windows runs on x86 processors.
There is a version of Windows that does run on ARM processors, Windows RT. I doubt you could install that on your laptop but even if you could, it wouldn't run "normal" Windows software, only software compiled to run on the Windows RT platform.
