I'm glad you find my diet amusing. For more laughs, I'm going to have another turkey sandwich for lunch in a little while, and (are you ready for this?) for supper ( you had better be sitting down for this), rotini in a red bell pepper sauce (fiber fortified). I put a couple handfuls of the rotini in a deep, straight sided bowl, add a few tablespoons of powdered fiber supplement, both for (ahem) the original purpose and to help keep the water that I add from boiling over, a 1/4 tsp of salt, and just enough water to cover the pasta. I pour some bottled spaghetti sauce over the top of the pasta, put it in the reactor and cover loosely, set the reactor to 40% and nuke for 30 minutes. When done, I just stir, let it cool, and eat right out of the bowl. Easy peasy with minimal cleanup.

Frozen bacon cheeseburger last night (I slept in and will have breakfast shortly). Kroger brand frozen bacon cheeseburgers are about twice the size of a Whitecastle (Whitecastles are WAY overrated). Before cooking, I disassemble them and throw away the yellow slime slab masquerading as cheese (aka American cheese), replacing it with real medium cheddar. I put sugar free relish on the bottom bun and the condiment du jour (hot sauce yesterday) on the top. The burger gets reassembled and nuked. Surprisingly yummy.

For lunch yesterday, a couple of friends and I drove up from Gilbert, AZ (where I picked them up; I started out in Tempe) and drove up to Prescott for lunch at Genovese, a nice little Italian restaurant I usually hit whenever I'm up there. The food and service is always fantastic. I got the seafood diavolo (assorted shellfish and shrimp on linguini in a tomato based sauce). On the way home, we stopped at a place in Rock Springs famous for their pies to get some to take home (I got a sugar free apple pie; it was good but not up to par with their reputation).
