Last week random BSOD also Chrome/Mozilla crash

Hi all,

I am getting since last week random shutdowns, first without BSOD dmp files after I chose for minidump files now I get the following BSOD crash @attach files.

I reinstalled my graphics driver with DDU, redownloaded Mozilla and Chrome.. I did Chskdsk /f.. and such things..

My specs:
fx 8320 cpu
asus m5a97 r2.0 mobo
8gb 1600mhz crucial ram
crucial mx100 sdd 256gb
second hdd wd blue 1gb
msi r9 270x hawk gpu
520watt seasonic psu
cm storm devastator mouse+keyboard
medion monitor


Can someone check my zip file? Maybe we can resolve this problem together.

I think that I've found the problem, before this BSOD I had MEMORY MANAGEMENT BSOD.. so I ran memtest and found that 1 ram-stick have +10.000 errors..

Now I'm running at 4gb ram with the stick without errors, till now no errors or crashes, even Mozilla doesn't crash anymore.
