or use whatever browser you use, just replace chrome.

You could use the same paths in OPTION THREE of the tutorial below in a command prompt to do so.

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/60274-internet-website-shortcut-create.html

For example, with Internet Explorer, you would use this below exactly.

"%ProgramFiles%\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" [URL]http://www.sevenforums.com[/URL]
