Yes, download and install the x86/x64 Vista version for Windows 7. Choose x86 for 32-bit and x64 for 64-bit, blah blah blah, you know the drill.

How much RAM is it taking in the process list though?

Edit: Are you stating that about the file size of the app or the RAM it uses in Task Manager?

I'm running a full scan at the moment and the memory usage in task mgr is hovering at about ~60-70MB. This looks to me like it's a file cache.
