Left 4 dead crashed only me?

hello guys,
i am new to this forum.
the problem i've just got and got confused is that, after installing Windows, i played L4D with my firends for a campaign.

However, after the campaign while i was trying to play another, the program freezed.

after it freezed, no matter how many times i have restart/reinstall the steam or reboot my computer, the L4D never get work again!!

does anyone have the same problem with me?

Do you have a log file from L4D? I believe most Valve games keep a log somewhere.

yes, i found the log file... and the problem was gamegui.dll, which means...mu ID contant character that will coz the problem...it's notging to do with windows 7....

Windows ultimate can run this perfectly, the problem i've got is the name you use. inly english acceptable, otherwise, the game will halt...
